Every HIMA ALAÏA piece is prepared with intention. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Each crystal is cleansed and charged before being carefully packaged in our signature matte-gold tissue and recyclable box.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all packaging. Due to the energetic nature of our crystals, we perform a cleansing ritual on all returned pieces before they are reoffered.
Return Process
- Email care@himaalaia.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive a prepaid return label (US orders only).
- Package the item securely in its original box.
- Drop off at the carrier location within 7 days of receiving the label.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
Sale items and custom AI Blueprint reports are final sale and cannot be returned.
